Sarah and John Rummage have been on many journeys together during their 40-year marriage.  Their real estate partnership is their latest adventure.  They love real estate and love working together to maximize service to their clients! After making the buying-and-selling-a-home journey with their clients, they forever feel a special friendship with them. Sarah was licensed as an affiliate broker 1985, and earned a Tennessee Brokers license in 1987. On her staff, or available to consult with her, are a staging professional, an appraiser to measure properties and sketch floor plans prior to listing, and an assistant to do open houses, and follow-up with clients. She and John have lived in Nashville for many years (John was born in Nashville), and know the city well.  (Actually, John continually drives past shopping centers and remarks that he remembers when that property was a farm a long time ago.  Signs of getting old?)  Sarah and John both have Bachelor's degrees from David Lipscomb University in Nashville.  Sarah also has a master's degree (1998) from Trevecca University in Nashville, and John did graduate studies at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. In addition to her real estate experience, Sarah has 12 years banking experience, and 3 years teaching experience. John has worked for several corporations (Coca-Cola, General Foods, Vanderbilt) as well as owning a computer consulting company for 15 years.  In addition, they are parents to three grown sons, and have two precious daughters-in-law, one grandson, and a special niece. They are co-founders of Founding Family Charitable Foundation, which provides grants to adoptive parents and medical help to children with birth defects. Sarah and John traveled to China in 2004,  2005, and 2006 to take supplies for two foster homes in Beijing.  John and Sarah are excited to be associated with Keller Williams Realty, one of the fastest growing, most professional and most caring real estate firms in the nation!
